Aidan Tattley

Aidan specialises in property, general commercial and banking, and public works law. His experience includes leasing, subdivisions, due diligence, re-financing, mortgagee sales, acquisition and disposal of property, compulsory acquisitions and entitlements under the Public Works Act 1981. He strives to assist with achieving pragmatic solutions/outcomes to all matters, with attention to detail and legal imperatives, balanced with a client’s commercial objectives. He has also been seconded to, and worked with, one of the leading advisers in the land compensation space. Aidan is also a keen fisherman and diver, and former hockey representative.
Aidan was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2018.
