Deanna brings more than two decades of experience to complex and high-value property transactions, leading Shieff Angland’s dynamic property team.
Her career spans senior roles within the real estate divisions of major London-based international firms, in-house experience with a leading New Zealand property developer contributing to landmark projects nationwide, and extensive private practice across New Zealand.
Deanna advises a wide range of clients including property developers, investment entities, national financiers, community housing providers, Iwi, and high net-worth individuals and families, and serviced apartment providers. She is trusted to manage sophisticated portfolios and significant development projects including large-scale, staged, subdivisions, and construction initiatives of varying scale and with numerous stakeholders.
Recognised for her ability to lead transactions from inception to completion, Deanna provides clear, strategic guidance and efficiencies through every phase - from due diligence and project structuring to delivery. Her drafting expertise is widely respected within the profession, with her provisions being regularly referenced and adopted by other practitioners.
