Dasha specialises in property and commercial law. She advises a broad range of clients on issues such as acquisition, development and sale of residential and commercial property, due diligence, subdivisions, leasing, refinancing, design-build and lease arrangements, and construction transactions.
Having worked as in-house counsel for an international health care group and one of New Zealand’s largest sport governing bodies, Dasha understands business. Her commercial experience includes contract review, risk and compliance, governance, delivery of major events, private mergers, acquisitions, intellectual property, and employment law.
Dasha was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2012 and is an Associate member of the Institute of Directors. She is fluent in Russian.
