Dasha is a senior associate specialising in property and commercial law. She advises a broad range of clients on property issues including the acquisition, development and divestment of residential and commercial property, due diligence, subdivisions, leasing, refinancing, design build and lease arrangements and construction transactions. Dasha also advises business clients, understanding their commercial imperatives, including as acquired through working as an in-house counsel for one of New Zealand’s largest sports governing bodies and an international health care group. Her commercial experience includes contract review, risk and compliance, governance matters, delivery of major events private mergers, acquisitions, intellectual property and employment law.
Dasha was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2012 and is an Associate member of the Institute of Directors. She is fluent in Russian.
